JORDANS STRENGTHENS ITS TEAM IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND

A specialist with international experience has been appointed by corporate services provider Jordans as its first business development manager for the north of England.

Yorkshire-born Daniel Stewart, a Manchester University graduate, will lead Jordans‘ expansion drive along the “M62 corridor”, from his base in Leeds.

Daniel takes up his new role after several years working in London as well as a year helping to launch a commercial venture in Australia.

During four years as a business and key account manager for a major corporate event specialist, he gained extensive client contact and account management experience through organising business awards, conferences and international trade shows across a wide variety of sectors.

He will specialise in the range of corporate support solutions provided by Jordans, including company formations, administration and information, and demonstrate the latest integrated software and web-based services available from the firm.

He will also advise on the issues and opportunities arising from key legislation currently affecting businesses and their professional advisers, particularly The Companies Act 2006.

“Leeds is a vibrant city and there is a thriving professional services and business community throughout the north of England,” said Daniel. “I am excited about the opportunities this new role will bring and look forward to working with local companies and professionals alike.”

ENDS             7th March 2008
