FIVE GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Integral Staff Make Customer Service Top Priority

Five Integral Housing Services members of staff have successfully completed their NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service Training.

Integral Housing Services is part of Integral, the UK‘s largest independently owned property maintenance provider.  The division has been providing property maintenance and repair services to local authorities and housing associations in the Merseyside area for more than a decade.

Kate Howard, Julie Forester, Claire Irwin, Lindsey Evans and Leanne Bennett have all spent a year completing their NVQ level 2 in Customer Service.

“Our staff are our best asset and we pride ourselves on delivering top quality customer service to our many local authority and housing association clients in Merseyside,” says Ian Jones, Integral Housing Services Regional Director.

“Kate, Julie, Claire, Lindsey and Leanne have different job roles at Integral Housing Services but they all answer internal and external customer queries and solve problems, while working closely with and supporting the rest of our team.”

“This qualification enhances their skills and ensures that excellent customer service remains our top priority in whatever we do, throughout the business.”

The competency based qualification is designed to reflect the most up to date thinking on customer service, recognising performance in the workplace, while assessing knowledge and understanding of the key areas.

The programme also improves working practices, increases confidence, builds new skills and contributes towards personal development.

ENDS             19th February 2008
