INTEGRAL HOUSING SERVICES RECRIUTS NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Integral UK, the UK‘s largest independently owned building services provider, has recruited a National Business Development Manager, to further develop its Housing Services division in the U.K.

Nick Haskins will be based in Bootle, Liverpool. With more than 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, Mr Haskins has considerable local and industry knowledge allowing him to support the division‘s significant housing maintenance growth and market share.

“Integral Housing Services has more than a decade of experience in this sector and the management team are working to increase our market share, building on our excellent relationships with clients and tenants, our impressive first fix rate and our quick response times,” he said.

Integral Housing Service‘s offices in both London and Liverpool include dedicated call centres which handle tenant calls and shares information with Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

“Nick‘s appointment strengthens our team and he will be focussing on identifying new business opportunities as well as supporting our current contracts across the UK” says Ian Jones, Integral Housing Services Director.

Employing over 2,500 people, including more than 1,000 mobile maintenance technicians, Integral‘s 15 regional offices provide a nationwide property maintenance resource.
