INTEGRAL WINS NINE YEAR TENTURE FOR DARA

Integral, the UK‘s largest independent property maintenance company has won a three year contract worth £450,000 to provide M&E services on the Defence Aviation Repair Agency‘s (DARA) Sealand site at Queensferry, North Wales.

The contract was a competitive tender and will bring Integral‘s length of unbroken service on the site to nine years.

DARA specialises in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of rotary and fixed wing aircraft, avionics, systems and components.

Integral‘s contract involves providing planned preventative M&E maintenance alongside repair and building work across the site.

The equipment to be maintained includes air conditioning units, boilers and several temperature and humidity controlled environments, the maintenance of which is essential to the site‘s key operations.

Integral employs over 2,500 people at 15 regional offices and now operates one of the UK‘s largest mobile maintenance fleets with more than 1,000 mobile technicians.

The contract is being managed out of Integral‘s regional office at Llandudno, North Wales.

Phil Dodson, Integral Regional Director says: “This contract win acknowledges the quality of service delivered by our operatives over the last six years.

“Our team knows DARA‘s site and the equipment involved and has built up a solid reputation of delivering fast, high quality services above and beyond our customer‘s expectations.”
