INTEGRAL'S MOBILE HOUSING TEAM CELEBRATES 1,000 YEARS ON THE ROAD

Bootle-based Integral Housing Services‘ mobile operatives have clocked up more than 1,000 years of providing specialist housing maintenance services between them.

Ian Jones, Integral Housing Services director has just promoted eight members of the business‘ and office support staff, recognising their hard work, growing expertise, and excellent customer service delivery.

At the same time, Mr Jones reviewed the firms‘ local experience and found that the mobile team – those who are out on the road fixing, servicing, building and carrying out repairs for customers and tenants - have clocked up more than 1,000 years between them.

“It‘s quite something to realise, that if you add up all of our mobile teams‘ experience we‘ve been working for more than a millennium in Merseyside.

“I would like to thank all of our staff for their hard work – they have a great deal of local and technical knowledge and are by far our best asset, delivering quality services to tenants, local authorities and housing associations across the area.

“Integral is proud of the fact that the vast majority of its work is performed by its own team of directly employed staff.  Many of whom have been with the company for a decade or more and started with the company as apprentices - something we are keen to continue,” adds Ian Jones.

Integral Housing Services directly employs over 260 fully skilled operatives, a policy which gives better control and builds stronger loyalty and commitment than could otherwise be delivered by a higher ratio of sub contracted staff.
