INTEGRAL HOUSING SERVICES STAFF SKILLED EXPERTISE RECOGNISED

Due to continued growth eleven members of staff at Integral Housing Services have been promoted recognising their skills and competence and the growing success of the business.

Ian Jones, Integral Housing Services Director comments: “We are always pleased to recognise the hard work, growing expertise and excellent customer service skills of our staff.  Our success is the direct result of our motivated team and their skilled expertise.

“Our employees have a huge amount of local and technical knowledge delivering the best service for tenants, housing associations and local authorities across the region.”

John Ashworth has been promoted to Regional Operations Manager and John Rain has been promoted to Health & Safety Supervisor both of whom work on Integral Housing Services‘ contracts across Merseyside and the North East region.

Other successful members of staff include Ron Phillips, a plumber who has been promoted to Senior Supervisor.  Ron works on Integral Housing Services contract with Eden Housing Association which covers 1,500 homes in Cumbria.

Three members of staff in the Integral Housing Services head office in Bootle, have been promoted - Cath Bamber is the new Office Manager while Claire Irwin has been promoted to Accounts Clerk and Paul Mulligan has been promoted to Junior Quantity Surveyor.

Tony Wild has been promoted to Contract Manager and Chris Gordon has been promoted to Supervisor, both of whom work on Integral Housing Services‘ Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust contract, providing gas maintenance services to 5,000 homes in Macclesfield.

Finally, John Beattie has been promoted to Contract Manager, Steve Crooke to Supervisor and John White to Foreman, all three help deliver a gas maintenance contract on the divisions‘ Helena Housing contract, a housing association with 13,500 affordable homes in St Helens, Merseyside.

“Integral is proud of the fact that the vast majority of its work is performed by its own team of directly employed staff.  Many of whom have been with the company for a decade or more and started as apprentices - something we are keen to continue,” adds Ian Jones.

Integral Housing Services directly employs over 260 fully skilled operatives, a policy which gives better control and builds stronger loyalty and commitment than could otherwise be delivered by a higher ratio of sub contracted staff.
