FACTORY FASTLINES NAMED THE CONSORTIUM'S EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR

Schools furniture supplier Factory Fastlines has won The Consortium‘s annual Educational Supplier of the Year Award.

London-based Factory Fastlines is the fourth company to be recognised from among the national procurement and fulfilment company‘s education suppliers.

This year an additional award was given to Cicada Educational Equipment Ltd., which supplies early years and curriculum products.

The Consortium‘s 2007/8 education catalogue has over 1,000 new products and more than 1,100 pages, offering everything from arts and craft materials and curriculum teaching aids, to sports equipment and school furniture.

Melanie Teal, chief executive at The Consortium, says: “Maintaining a good relationship with our suppliers is obviously key to our business, and we look to recognise companies that can be an asset to our own business and support our growth.”
