TWO NEW PARTNERS AT KING STURGE IN BRISTOL

International property consultants King Sturge have announced a raft of promotions in their Bristol office.

Asset management specialist Gaza Cross becomes one of two new partners after 21 years with the firm. A magistrate on the Bristol bench and chairman of the Bath East Asian Chinese and Friends Group, she is responsible for managing the firm‘s two Standard Life West and SEG Fund property portfolios, consisting of 65 properties around the UK.

King Sturge‘s other new partner in Bristol is Cathy Francis, who leads the firm‘s South West planning team. She has experience in delivering a number of strategic mixed use schemes particularly in and around Exeter and Plymouth. Key clients include Bristol University, Wharfside Regeneration, Hawkins Trust, Eastwood Park and Exeter College.

Meanwhile Daniel Bishop and Emma Glynn, who both work in the firm‘s valuation department, become senior associates and Rose Denbee is promoted to associate in the student accommodation team.

“These latest promotions bring the number of partners in our Bristol office to 35,” said Jeremy Richards, partner in charge at King Sturge in Bristol. “They are thoroughly deserved and bring extra strength to two of our strongest teams.”
