INTEGRAL UK ACQUIRES SECURITY SPECIALISTS

Visual Integrated Systems to become a division of Integral UK

National property maintenance company, Integral UK, has acquired the business of security specialists, Visual Integrated Systems.

Widely known as VIS, Visual Intregrated Systems is headquartered in Gloucestershire and has a Welsh office at the Cardiff International Arena (one of its clients).

VIS provides a comprehensive portfolio of design, installation and maintenance for surveillance, access, vehicle-recognition, asset-tagging, fire-alarm, and event management systems.  Clients include major names in retail, commerce, sports venues, schools, and hotels – including one of the largest Park Lane hotels in London.

Managing Director of Integral UK, Bryan Glastonbury, said:  “The acquisition of VIS was a natural next-step in our strategy of building a one-stop-shop range of services for our national clients.  This development will further strengthen the technical and maintenance resources of our Security and Fire Divisions”.

VIS will continue to operate under its existing name, as a new division of Integral UK.

Former owner of VIS, Ian Trayling, takes the role of Director for Intregral‘s new VIS division.
