INTEGRAL WINS MAJOR CONTRACT WITH RETAIL GIANT

New business underlines company‘s commitment to growth during recession

Leading retail giant Matalan has appointed Integral to carry out maintenance services across all its UK stores.

The three-year contract will see Integral carry out full mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services in all of Matalan‘s 204 retail outlets across the country plus its Merseyside head office complex at Skelmesdale.

Bryan Glastonbury, Integral‘s Managing Director, said: “This contract win is significant for Integral as Matalan have been customers of ours in the past, and I am delighted that they have again chosen us to look after their properties‘ maintenance.

“As a customer-facing business it is imperative for companies like Matalan to know they have a trusted maintenance partner on board who they can rely on to keep their buildings ship-shape and react swiftly and effectively to any emergency that might arise.”

Integral has skilled mobile technicians in every UK postcode, meaning they are ideally-placed to provide rapid expert services anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“At a time when the economy is showing little signs of recovery Integral is still winning new contracts and experiencing record levels of growth,” said Bryan Glastonbury.

He added: “By delivering the very best in value for money and customer service, while at the same time refusing to cut corners, we can only go from strength to strength, underpinned by our market-leading client retention levels, currently running at 87 per cent.”
