KEY APPOINTMENTS FOR INTEGRAL’S HOUSING DIVISION

The UK‘s leading independent provider of comprehensive property and facility maintenance services has appointed two new Business Development Managers for its Housing Division.

Chris Davies has been taken on by Integral to look after the north of the UK with Allen Broad looking after the south.

For two decades now Integral Housing Services has been a national specialist in planned and responsive maintenance for social housing, maintaining in excess of 60,000 homes for more than 14 Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Chris Davies returns to Integral after a year working in a senior role with a national gas service and maintenance provider.

With a proven track record within the gas industry, Chris‘s role will be to develop the gas and fabric side of the Integral Housing Division in the North of England and North Wales.

Allen Broad, who will lead business development in the south of the UK, joins Integral Housing Division from one of its main competitors where he had spent the last six years, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the construction and services industries.
