Sturgess Van Damme was founded in 1995 with a simple set of objectives:

  • Be the best at what we do best – delivering successful strategic communications solutions for major corporate and professional clients;

  • Be different – ensure that every client is served by senior consultants – not by inexperienced “account executives”;

  • Be an asset – monitor every client‘s market for issues and opportunities, to enable them to be ahead of their competitors;

  • Be a partner – focus on building long-term close relationships with existing clients, rather than chasing new clients;

  • Be honest and open – agree a transparent financial relationship with every client, and remain wholly independent, so that our advice is never compromised by commercial interests;
